43 Newlands Park. Bushes blocking the pavement

Reported anonymously at 12:22, Tue 17 September 2019

43 Newlands Park. Developers have left the garden to overgrow so much that the pavement is obstructed. When cars have their doors open, as they often are in the morning with children going to school, the pavement can not be used and pedestrians have to wait either side of the bushes to be able to walk single file. We can't walk in the busy road with children. It also looks disgusting. Please can you ensure that the developers trim back the bushes so that the pavement can be used. It's been like it for at least 3 months, they have been visiting the property so are aware of how it impacts the street.
