Obstruction of Reverend Close

Reported anonymously at 10:52, Sun 15 September 2019

Observed at 10:27, Sunday, 15/09/2019, Parking Control Zone "M", Driver dropping-off church attenders saw it necessary to obstruct Reverend Close whilst escorting people into the church, whilst the church car park was only half-full. Another car emerging from the Reverend Close Estate, had to wait whilst the driver returned to of the obstructing vehicle had to return and remove the car. This occured at a time when parking on single yellow lines in the street is permissible (All day Sunday). Proves the points :- 1.) that the church needs a pick-up and drop-off point for cars . . . ideally on their property. 2). Church attenders are as arrogant as Fook and have the need to demonstrate to local residents that they don't give a stuff for their needs.
