Japanese Knotweed preventing house sale

Reported anonymously at 09:10, Tue 3 September 2019

We have sold our house but the survey has highlighted growth of Japanese Knotweed behind our garden boundary, growing on council land by the flood relief brook, on the bank. This has halted the sale until this is investigated and rectified.
