Over grown hedge & trees reducing usable width of lane by 2m

Reported anonymously at 19:46, Thursday 15 August 2019

The hedge and trees along Church Lane are so overgrown now that they encroach on usable road space by up to 2m in places. This is a danger to vehicles turning out of Meadow View as it restricts visibility. It is also a danger to the many cyclists who use the lane. Valuable car parking space for residents is unusable. Even without this additional over growth, the lane is narrow and there are very few passing places for opposing traffic. The over growth further restricts passing places. This has been a problem for more than 6 months, getting noticeably worse since May is now reached a critical state needing urgent attention.
