The build out exiting Paulton is totally overgrown and the gully blocked

Reported anonymously at 10:59, Thursday 25 July 2019

The build out exiting Paulton is totally overgrown and the gully between the build out and kerb edge is full of debris. The road signs are dirty and I believe not all the bollard lights are working. Overhanging branches are blocking the view of highway signs when exiting the village. On the opposite side of the road by the field gate the road drain totally blocked with debris. The sign has been broken for some years now and the debris is building up rapidly. This has been reported before but you can see it is getting serious. Paulton Parish Council are aware and asking also for this all to be rectified.
