This situation has been escalating for well over a month, having already phoned lewisham council, and spoken to several people about the situation the waste just seems to grown. All the flats in the area have there own bins, and use them, people are taking advantage of the fact we are a dead-end road and fly tipping around the bin area. Its at the point where we are having monthly discussions as to wether we want to continue living here as it's a horrible thing to have to walk through daily, and to bring guests/children through.
