Dangerous and illegal parking adjacent to Rugby Free Primary School

Repeated twice week-day occurrence of numerous vehicles persistently parking on double yellow lines immediately adjacent to the primary school. Morning drop off time and afternoon collection time. At least 40+ vehicles park on the double yellows providing an extremely dangerous environment for children. Footage had been provided to the Police on several occasions but there has been no change. Suitable parking areas are immediately required for in order to attempt to resolve this issue. The situation will worsen in September 2019 when another sixty children start at the school.
