Dangerous dog bin lid

Reported anonymously at 16:20, Wed 12 June 2019

There is a dog walk reaching between Marston Lane and Sterling Way. (From Sterling Way the entrance is between the Penshurst Way roundabout and Melbourne Close). The red dog bin nearest to Marston Lane has a metal lid which is now rusty and has jagged edges in parts where you pull the lid up which has potential to cut people and be a safety issue. Can you please look into it? Many Thanks.
