Epicormic growth encroaching on carriageway

Reported by Michele Kondakor at 17:10, Thu 6 June 2019

By 131/133 Higham Lane. The epcormic growth is encroaching on the carriageway making a hazard for cyclists as well as making it dangerous for anyone trying to get out of their drives as the visibility is poor, paricularly as it is also by the mini roundabout so traffic is potentially coming from 3 directions.
