Streach of overgrown hedge denying the public the right to freepass unhindered

Reported anonymously at 14:50, Thu 30 May 2019

Very overgrown spiky hedge effecting use of the road and making it dangerous for people walking along the grass verge side. Hedging is already at eye level and above and a danger to the elderly and road users. It should not have been allowed to get this bad and needs to be cut back to the face of the wall and for the interity of its height aswell, similar to the beech hedging owned by another property further along. Lived in Harleston for 24 years now and It has been like this for years with the situation getting worse everyear. When will action be taken to cut it back to where it should be. We need to be able to walk alonghere without having to walk into the road to get to the other end or dodge the hedge either at night or day.
