Spikey yellow flower bushes

Reported anonymously at 09:24, Wednesday 10 April 2019

Spikey yellow flower Brushes have grown so big that they are now encroaching on the footpath which when you’re walking with a pushchair and a toddler is not ideal. The bushes have already scratched my toddlers face twice now! It also doesn’t help when there’s runners and cyclists that also use the path that is not enough room for both the safety pass
