Coach Parks Half on Pavement/Half on Double Yellow Lines

Reported anonymously at 15:34, Wed 27 March 2019

A white 'Horseman' coach parks half on the pavement and half on the double yellow lines in front of the post boxes by the traffic lights crossing every term time morning (school coach) between 7.10 and 7.30am. This makes it hard for traffic to pass on the Parade (heading towards Marlow). Hard for traffic to get out of Howard Court/other road and hard for me to pull out of the newsagents forecourt after I've bought my paper. The driver doesn't seem to care.
