Dangerously uneven paving outside the exit of Tesco Express

Reported anonymously at 14:54, Monday 25 March 2019

Dear Sirs, I write on behalf of the 56 residents who live at Isabel Court, Cowick Street, Exeter. We respectfully request that you give urgent attention to the very poor state of ground surface at the exit of the Tesco Express car park. This is really quite dangerous for many of the elderly customers that Tesco receive, especially the considerable number who have to use mobility aids, and in the event of someone suffering an injury as a result, I can well imagine a substantial claim being made against the council. I believe that the residents have brought up this issue on several occasions over the past 7 years. Furthermore, there are two manhole covers on the road outside Isabel Court and Tesco which make horrific noises every time a car passes over them which wakes the residents up at Isabel Court during the night and early morning. Your speedy action would be very much appreciated.
