Dangerous fence likely public hazard

I have previously reported this fence however nothings been done and got worse since. the whole length of the fence in total dangerous condition . public hazard plus making my property vulnerable to intruders and theft by allowing access to my property. the fence was last replace by stevenage boro council in laye year 2000. i hold the council fully responsible for damage caused to members of my family, public and property due to old and fallen over fence which i reported last year and have propped iyt up with steel bars to stop it falling over .i want tis fence fixed as a matter of urgency
