Dangerous bent back wire fencing

Reported anonymously at 12:44, Sunday 17 March 2019

Walking through the alley from the close in Gertrude road onto mousehold avenue. The side of the house on the lefthand side has bend back their council fencing as it joins the wooden fence. It is sticking out and it is dangerous. I ripped my jumper on it in the dark the other evening. it could catch a child in the face, head or even worse the eye!
