Rain water is not draining away. There is a very large puddle that remains for many days. As cars go through the puddle the water splashes onto the adjacent footpath. During the current weather the water is freezing on the path making it absolutely treacherous to walk there. When will someone take responsibility for this area before an OAP or child falls on the ice.

This problem has existed for many years but has been worsened by a poor attempt to fix the problem a few years ago by taking the cheap option rather than installing a drain which is what is really required.
