Appalling level of litter on verges

Reported by Andrea Smith at 09:58, Wed 9 January 2019

Biffa are quite obviously failing to maintain this section of road where people park to get the Oxford Tube. There are insufficient bins along this stretch to cater for the litter produced by the amount of people using it. There is an appalling level of litter not only visible on the verges, but even more beyond down into the ditch behind the Oxford Bound bus shelter (next to the animal sanctuary) that is completely ignored. In addition there are overflowing bins not being emptied.
