Broken up the tarmac surface of the public footpath. The vehicles are also depositing lots of mud on the footpath and in the road

Reported anonymously at 16:03, Wed 5 December 2018

The Bodmin Jail is having a lot of construction work carried out, large lorries are crossing the footpath at Scarletts well Road to access the rear gate to Bodmin jail. The size and weight has crushed and broken up the tarmac surface of the public footpath. The vehicles are also depositing lots of mud on the footpath and in the road, this mud is mixing with rain and discuising the depth of the holes in the pavement, this in turn presents a trip hazard. Water runoff from the site is also carrying mud into and along the footpath making it very slippery
