Severely broken tarmac pavement at the end of my (shared drive) and for approx 30 metres either side of my drive that is a dangerous trip hazard and water stop tap cover plates are being dislodged.

The council have not taken ownership of the pavements due to a dispute with the builder over 20 years ago but the contractor responsible for maintaining the pavements is not maintaining it.
