Westbound lane blocked, traffic backed up for miles

Reported by Mrs Stephanie Parker at 08:56, Mon 15 October 2018

Wesses Water have dug up a portion of the A4, just east of the Hare and Hounds. The entire westbound lane is blocked by a large hole, pile of rubble, and fence. There is no traffic light system in place, and as a result traffic is backed up for a mile or more in either direction. Avoid the A4 through Corsham! (Wiltshire council have been notified through their website, but god knows how long it will be before they notice or take action.)
