Parking

Reported anonymously at 12:21, Thu 30 August 2018

We have a big problem with workers from the Court Yard Bicester who work for Oxfordshire County council family centre, They are using Lambourne Crescent as a car park, We have many older residents who have disabilities They are getting blocked in with these women who park here all day, When asked to please not park there they have been abusive to some older residents, When the finish work at the end of the day they all stand around talking to intimidate the residents, These are women who work with children, It is intimidating and no need for it, One older resident asked one of the women not to park there and she was abused, The bin men can not get in some times, I have seen a ambulance not be able to get to a house, When we phoned the family centre the man who answered the phone was rude told us they can park where they want as it is a public highway, Do you think this is right when older people are feeling threatened, This needs to stop your employers can park at the courtyard,
