Reported anonymously at 16:51, Thu 16 August 2018

16/08/2018 16:10PM Redcorn Scrap Vehicle recovery have come to collect an abandoned/scrap vehicle on Merchant drive, presumably under instruction of the council. We have witnessed from our offices the driver of the recovery vehicle smash both front windows in order to put a lifting strap through the car frame. He has then driven off, without clearing up, leaving smashed window glass on pavement and road. Please contact me for details of the recovery vehicle registration number and further photos.
