Pedestrian Lights not phasing properly

Reported by D. Kay at 19:46, Tue 14 August 2018

A few weeks ago, the pedestrian lights outside Lewisham Hospital were being worked on for over a week - but since then I have noticed that they are taking much longer than before to change from green to red. Why is this a problem? I have seen people take dangerous chances to run across this busy duel carriageway to catch a bus on the other side because the length of time to change red is increased, and ... they miss their bus. The very fact that it is a busy Hospital area means that many people using this crossing will have some sort of temporary or permanent mobility problem, and may not be able to stand for too long. The main problem is - people now running across the road to catch a bus! These lights were fine before the work on them - they had very quick changes to red once the button was pushed. Please fix asap.
