Wall breaking down resulting in bricks and plastic barriers taking up most of pavement

Reported anonymously at 09:32, Mon 11 June 2018

Wall is disintegrating and numerous bricks are lying on pavement. Also two plastic barriers lying on the pavement. This is very bad hazard for pedestrians who may trip over it resulting in serious injury and also possibility of claim against council. Very surprised this has not yet been attended to as it appears to have been reported previously.
