Public footpath down side of flats overgrown with stinging nettles, weeds, impassable.

By the side of my flat at Templar Court, Princes St. there is a public footpath from the car park at the back of the flats to the front; which is overgrown with weeds and especially stinging nettles. you cannot get through without getting stung by the nettles. Requires clearing please. Thankyou
