Dead baby fox in plastic bag in the bin for the dog waste, right side entry in the park from cross sreet - charlton lane/thorntree road

Dear all, a few hours ago I've got find a dead baby fox and put in the plastic bag in the bin for the dog, right side of the entry in the Maryon park from the street cross - charlton lane / thorntree road, please remove it. also, we are a bit worried now thoug about the risk of rabies. Can I suspect a fox has been poisoned, animals that have died suddenly for no obvious reason. evening time, 18.05.2018
