Following the construction of a new nursing home at the corner of Bath Road and Park road several months ago, the builder, who fence off the public pavement and used it as an extension to their building site, have left this area in a dangerous and dilapidated state. They have effectively left dumped building material on site, eradicate the public path and the adjoining green area. They have even left tarmac on site where they drove their vehicles up the pavement. There are building materials left in a quagmire of mud where a public footpath previously existed. Could you not fine these people on a daily basis for dumping building materials onto a public pathway to raise monies towards reinstating this once attractive public area.
