We are from 10 Gardiner Street, our rubbish has not been collected

We are a house of 5 students, we already have to take bin bags to the skip because our bins are only getting collected every 2 weeks. However they have not been collected, possibly because the bin is very slightly open due to the fact there are 5 students living independently in one house. Is there any way our bin could get collected or maybe a bigger bin be sent to us? We don't want to attract rats nor do I want to carry 2 week old bin bags too the local tip. Thank you in advance, 10 Gardiner Street residents
