900 Bus stop delivers passengers, incl hospital patients on to a muddy, slippery grass verge. There is not a hard standing.

Reported anonymously at 12:43, Fri 16 March 2018

The 900 Thornhill/Churchill Park and Ride has 2 stops on Roosevelt Drive. The one nearest the Main Entrance for the Churchill does not have any hard standing. Therefore to get on and off the bus passengers, including patients on crutches, are stepping on to a very slippery grass verge and then on to the footpath. A proper hard surface needs building so that we step off/on the bus, onto the hard surface and then on/ off the bus. This has been a problem since the 900 bus no longer services the Churchill Main Entrance all day. I understand why that is (queuing traffic)but don't understand why subsequently little effort has been put into the new permanent stop.
