The greyhound sign obstructing wheelchair users and pushchair users also when vehicles park here padestrians have to go into the road to walk past

Reported anonymously at 10:48, Wed 14 March 2018

This sign is out all night and all day and I have watched people in mobility scooters, wheelchair users and parents pushing prams being unable to pass without going on the road. There is no drop kerb for the mobility scooter users to go up and down to go around it. It is worse when a car decides to park on that corner which happens regularly as not even a person walking alone can walk on that pavement, the sign is not necessary and is causing obstruction. The sign was first introduced when the greyhound was reopened about a year ago and I have watched people struggle and complain trying to negotiate around it. It is a heavy sign therefore not easily moved for access by passers by.
