Poor car park machines

This is the first time I've parked in this car park since the new machines have been installed. Because of queues at the machine, it took 9 minutes between parking and getting the ticket. When I got to the front of the queue, I could see why as the new machines aren't as easy to use. Firstly, a registration number is required. Secondly, rather than feed in money until the amount of time, it required selection of time. As everyone was having similar problems, it means that everyone would be parking for 69 minutes instead of 60 and so the car park is fuller and thus causing people not finding spaces. IE there is about 15% wastage in throughput. Please bring back the old parking machines.
