Dear Streetscene’s Alley going between Norwood Road SE27 side of number 385 (diagonally opposite Palace Road junction just up alley) and running up to the side of 8A Station Rise is an alley – graffiti on as pictured: About seventy yards from Norwood Road end Lambeth combined rubbish / recycling bin graffiti tagged – see date stamped picture. Thank you.
