Spice addicts causing chaos

Reported anonymously at 11:15, Fri 17 November 2017

Devonshire Road is becoming a magnet for drunks, drug addicts and other violent characters intoxicated with something or other. And on 16 Nov, three people, two men and one woman, were emerging from the railway station car park and staggering around the path and road, and lurching dead-eyed at pedestrians, like extras from The Walking Dead. This street is patrolled by a traffic warden but what it needs is regular police patrols. It's a serious problem.
