Rubbish on road & pavement between Watton High Street and then towards A602 rounabout to Stevenage.

I run along this road and there is a large amount of rubbish and broken glass etc. I’m not sure how often this section of road/pavement is cleaned but I suspect either never or not very often. Please could this be looked in to and attended to. Many Thanks Neil Darby
