A large tree has slipped down inside the hedge and the base of which is protruding out into the road.

Reported by Roy Young at 16:14, Thu 2 November 2017

The tree is just supported by the hedge and drivers have to swing around the base at a narrow point where it is difficult enough to pass oncoming traffic. The tree is in the hedge of Bicton Old Rectory about halfway beween the entrance to the Old Rectory and Sleap cottage on the left hand side of the road going down the hill towards Otterton.
