The road is an access road to Brook close - the vehicle a white mercedes van is abandoned on the road on a daily basis - the owner does not appear to live locally as he drops the car and leaves in another vehicle

The road is marked KEEP CLEAR but is being used as a parking lot dangerously narrowing the access and space into residential properties. This has been on going for several months - the prime culprit is a white Mercedes Van which advertises Painting and decorating services
