Dumped rubbish down entry between kirkdale avenue & selworthy road getting worse, entry now blocked

Reported by kevin jones at 12:58, Fri 21 April 2017

Dumped rubbish, including an old cooker now blocking access to cars. several piles have emerged over the past few months. i usually use the entry for my car so i can get to my garage, my car has been off the road since december but i went out into the entry today & was shocked by the build up of junk from fly tippers it's the worst i've seen it in the 15 years i've lived here, somethings got to be done as it's unfair for residents & kids have been known to set things on fire in the entry so its a general health hazard besides being unsightly.
