Road Rage due to Parking on a bend

Reported by James Kelly at 10:48, Sat 8 April 2017

I have witnessed many road rage incidents at the junction of the Galleries entry/exit mini roundabout with pastoral way due to cars & vans parking on the bend. This could be easily rectified by extending the existing double yellow lines around the bend so that cars travelling in both directions can see each other prior to confrontation over passing the parked vehicles as the road is not wide enough to allow parking & passing vehicles.
