The bridleway running from Jelleys hollow through Winterfold Woods is has been blocked along its whole length due to very inconsiderate logging, there are no signs up informing the public this path will be unusable.

Fly-tipping near recreation ground, 28th January, GU12 4SU

Lots of fly-tipping just behind the fence near the recreation ground car-park. Tried to call just about every possible stake-holder about this problem over the past few years. Nobody wants to know. It's a perfect site for fly-tipping. Good parking, and anonymous land-owners that don't care.

Along this stretch of road, on the right hand side travelling towards Tilford and especially towards the Tilford end; there is a lot of litter and rubbish that has blown into the woodlands It has never been cleared by the landowner. It is a serious amount of rubbish now.

The person living at No 7 Hillcrest, Elstead, Surrey has two dogs, he has been reported a number of times for letting them run loose and fouling the area outside our bungalows. He can not walk and has to use a motorised wheelchair to get around so has no way of walking the two dogs or picking up the excrement they leave, PLEASE PLEASE GET THIS STOPPED, shorly if he can not walk the dogs and he can not bend down to pick up the excrement he should not be allowed to keep them.

Blocked drains/inadequate cleaning, 9th November

Every single drain downhill from three mile road to the entrance of MSSL except the uppermost one) is either blocked, buried under 3-12 inches of muck or has water pouring OUT of it. This is resulting in water sheeting down the road and edge erosion. The road has been in this condition for nearly a decade and is getting worse with each freeze cycle.

There are always cars parked on the white lines and under the no parking signs which is dangerous for cars pulling into the the chantrys. The council needs to enforce its own rules before someone has a serious accident

There is a big water leak at the top of Polecat Hill. The water from this is running a long way down the road and is carried up on car tyres. When this freezes it is going to create sheet ice on a narrow, twisty, steep road.

Grass cutting of Oaklands Tanners Lane Haslemere (three plots) has been missed again, usually cut same time as Sandrock Waverley BC has cut the public car park three times since this was last cut, now between 4" and 18" high This is residential are, not rural!

The sign on the Bourne Recreation Ground, recently installed by the tennis court, has been damaged and removed from its fixings. Now in danger of being stolen for scrap metal. Suggest smartwater when refixing.
