The verge here is overgrown. A decayed tree blew down on Saturday. Can the verge be cut back of its scrub? Its not been touched in decades.

Graffiti on Telecom Service Box, 14th November, YO21 3BG

The Telecom Service Box No.6 located on the corner of Brunswick Street & Flowergate, Whitby is in a scruffy condition due to a combination of Graffiti and the remains of Fly Posting etc. It spoils the look of the area, please can something be done to tidy it up.

Parking over dropped kerbs, 25th September, YO11 3HF

My next door nieghbour and I have dropped kerbs for our drives and our other next door neighbour is having his done soon but the problem we are having is people are parking either over our dropped kerbs or too close to them so we all struggle to get out of our driveways so we need double yellow lines or anything that would stop anyone parking nearby. it needs to be sorted as it is unsafe to pull out on to the public highway without a good line of site.

Horse pulling old style caravan driven by traveller. Horse almost at the stage of collapse. Location Wykeham travellers going back to the site at the Filey Roundabout just past West Ayton. Where the travellers have been all weekend. There should be two horses min. pulling the carvan. They did use two yesterday

Dangerous damaged fence, 17th June

I reported the dangerous and unsightly condition of this boundary fence to Scarborough Borough Council on 15th may 2011, I have submitted photographs and written evidence 4 times so far, nothing is been done. As well as the devaluation effects on my property (I live next door) the fence is an accident waiting to happen, the wooden boards complete with protruding nails are sticking out about 2 feet onto the pavement, I fear that a child or pedestrian will walk into this at night and have a very bad accident. As I have already said, SBC are showing no interest to my reports. Once someone is severely injured it will be too late to remove this hazard. As a rate payer I should not have to put up with this badly maintained council house property which is devaluing the whole street. James White. I enclose 3 photographs taken today.

Where Weaponess Road meets Deepdale Avenue opposite the golf club house, 30th March, YO11 2UF

The sign for 'Weaponess Road' is totally covered with dirt and is unrecognisable to motorists coming toward s the Golf club on Deepdale Avenue.motorists tend to stop in the middle of the road as they are confused.This is dangerous to the public who are walking about that area. Thank you

Communal Bins, 20th March, YO12 4AY

Three small trade bins for household rubbish for 18 two bedroomed flats on ingle close Yo12 4ay. They are emptied every two weeks. NO RECYCLE BINS so a lot of people are not recycling. Residents from the houses near by using the communal bins for there rubbish. Bin-bags left on the ground with food waste. We are also near a water course so possible rodent problem. Due to the smell,heat and waste on the ground.

There is a serious problem with litter of all types in the area to the north west of the A171 bridge asross the river Esk. The area enclosed by the path from Coates Marine, the bridge & the railway is disgraceful with lots of plastic, broken glass, bottles etc

Signpost on pavement outside Heron Frozen Foods needs adjustment. Arm bearing YMCA Leisure Centre / Cricket Ground / North Bay Leisure Parks points wrong way - needs rotating 90 degrees clockwise. (I hope the Cricket Week spectators managed to find the ground!)

Branches of a willow tree which have to be ducked under in order to pass.I am disabled and walk with 2 sticks, so need a clear path to walk. I am finding the danger of overbalancing whilst trying to pass under these branches becoming a very real threat !
