Running water causing ice, 1st February, B65 8DQ

There is some water coming from somewhere as you go up Moor Lane from Highams Close on the left hand side of the road. There is a drain there, but I'm not sure if it is coming from there or from the garage/workshop just off the road on the left. The water was all frozen this morning and was like an ice rink - it's really dangerous. Please can someone look at this as a matter of urgency.

Unlicensed car blocking pavement, 31st January

A black car (reg SF06 WFS) has been parked completely blocking the pavement into the entrance of Turners Croft for the last few days. People have to walk in the road to get past. It is also more of an obstruction because it is towing a large care transporter / trailer. It is also unlicenced for which I have informed DVLA. Can Sandwell council politely inform residents of Turners Croft that this part of the pavement is not a long-stay car park?

Rubbish from bins has spread across the frontage of all gardens and has been there a while. Next time a litter picker is around can they clear it. It is easily not just general rubbish because the contents are household items.
