Issue during drop off and pickup times from local school, the Moorland Ave and Moorland Crescent streets become gridlocked and people are parking on pavements and double parking, this is becomming increasingly dangerous and forcing people who live on the street to have to walk their children to school on the road.

Bin bags, broken furniture, fly tipping & dog waste etc. Even though RBC are aware of the problem, they sent a letter out before christmas, they still haven't done anything about it.

One black bag on Alden Road, another 12 in the field on the other side of the dry stone wall. A few of the bags are open and appear to contain soil/garden waste.

Dog fouling, 21st December, OL13 8AP

We have a repeated problem with dog fouling on the corner of dale street and rose bank street, on the pavement area which you step down to, this is right outside our front door and no road or pavement cleaning can reach the area as it has steps down to it i therefore have to clean this disgusting mess myself on a regular basis, i have a condition called ocd which makes this a more unpleasent experience for me then for most people.

It's been here there and everywhere. It now takes residence in the northbound layby of the A56 opposite Solomons. It is taxed and insured but the owner has no excuse to use a public layby as his own private parking space. His intention was to convert it into a mobile home once he had passed his HGV test. Why can it not be palked at the place he intended to convert it at?

There were, up until this morning, around 15-20 caravans and associated cars/vans/quad bikes parked on the Rec. Not to mention all the dog mess too.

The surfacing at SunnySide park has been ripped up (near the roundabout) and the tarmac underneath has been spread around the park. Not good for little ones running about. Cheers,

Dangerous double parking, 21st April

During school collection/drop off times outside of Stubbins CP School, the parking is dangerous to both pedestrians and vehicles. It was always understood that drivers would not park opposite the school during these times, however this now seems to have gone by the wayside.

Abandoned untaxed vehicle, 15th March, rising bridge

This vehicle reg M406FTL is not insured according to the MID database at http://ownvehicle.askmid.com/askmid.aspx and has been in this location for many months. I expect that it does not have a valid MOT either as the brakes must be seized now hence not roadworthy. Either way - it needs reporting to the police for no insurance on a public highway.

The area around the roundabout and on every road leading off it is a running rubbish tip! Allsorts of detritus from Vodka bottles to household junk is scattered about particularly along the A680.

There is a big magic recycling bus, that has been in one of the new laybyes on the A56 near Haslingden (southbound side) since last year (about 3 months ago) and has not moved. This is an abuse of the temporary parking facility for travellers and it should be removed. A time limit should be imposed on parking there.

All along Northfield road is strewn rubbish. Prior to the bridge it is detritus frokm those who gather in the woods. Around the bridge it is rubbish thrown from the dual carriageway and up to the junction with Kings Highway it is largely ruddish left after the recycling has been collected. It needs sorting as the road never sees anyone from cleaning services on a regular basis.

Previously reported BT manhole has holes appearing around the edge and is sinking.The heavy Refuse Collection vehicle goes over this every week. As the council previously said it is not their responsibilty, can they get whoever is responsible to fix this?
