There is a very large pothole at the end of Cleveland Avenue and the junction with Hollybush lane. It's now big enough to damage a car tyre or wheel.

This is the third week these crossing lights have been out of action. This is a very dangerous road to cross and you are dependant on a long wait for traffic to clear or a kind motorist. The crossing is very new dont know why it has been fiddled with. Please fix before there is an accident.

A pothole is developing (the road is sunken at the kerb) within the bus stop markings outside 147 / 149 Percy Road. At time of writing the sunken area is filled with water.

Poor collections, 11th December

Recycling boxes constantly being thrown down without consideration to pedestrians and residents - across pavements and sometimes over walls onto flowerbed. Large pieces of rubbish / cardboard etc strewn accross street and pavements after falling to ground after missing Contractors wheelie bins when being collected, then no interest or effort to pick it up afterwards.(Definately not caused by foxes / wind - unlike problems caused by some residents putting rubbish out the day before or without placing bags in a bin or placing items securely in recycling boxes) Problem is also in surrounding streets every week without fail. constant lack of standards - Spot checks needed from refuse company to witness this poor service every week Problem mainly blue / black / food box collections Photo evidence to follow thursday 17th december after collections

Lot's of food waste along pavement and road in Hatherop Road, mainly outside the workshops at No:38. Spilt from the refuse collectors but not picked up. Very slippery and could cause an accident.

On the junction of Broad Lane and Uxbridge Road. On south side pavement. Lots of leaves all wet. Could cause someone to slip. Perhaps this is a forgotten area.

Illegal Road Sign, 26th November

A resident of the street has fixed a real roadsign to a fence and has hand drawn a sign inside, which is viewable from the road and is causing confusion and creating an eyesore so should be removed. (This may or may not be relevant to the Graffiti category as well)

There is significant light trespass from the street light directly outside 32 Kyle House right into several flats' bedroom windows, please can a shield be fitted to this light.

Extremely Dangerous Road Surface, 20th December

Traveling north on the A311 and turning left into Manor Gardens is very dangerous to cyclists due to the broken road surface. When combined with wet weather and hence slippery road surface the turning is lethal even at a few mph, as it is very easy to loose control of the front wheel.
