Rubbish uncollected for over 2 weeks. It was accessible last Friday as the thaw had melted much of the snow and ice but there was no still collection.

No bin collection again because of lack of road gritting, 7th January

Bin men have decided not to collect this week because they haven't gritted Knowsley Road. Have been told by Ribble Valley Council there will be double collection next week. What happens if it's still snowed up next week? Very poor Ribble Valley, very poor!

I assume due to adverse weather conditions our refuse collection did not take place on Saturday 2nd January. (scheduled date was 1 Jan). Please could you let me know if this will be collected before the next due date (friday 7th) and if not will it be acceptableto leave side waste at the side of the normal bin.

Truck parked on pavement, 26th December

The white Ford Transit truck N232NYS has been parked for some time now on a very narrow bend in the road, half on the pavement making difficult for the elderly residents of Manor Fields apartments to walk past, and it obscures the view of traffic negotiating the corner.

Blocked drain, 20th November

Whenever it rains!water just pours from this drain,but the drain is covered by an untaxed car.The car has been reported to the DVLA twice in 3 years but no action taken.

Fouling on my front garden, 5th October

An animal is fouling constantly on the grass at the front of my house. Don't know if it is a dog or cat as I've never caught it in the act. I keep removing the fouling but more appears within couple of days

The footpath that runs from halfway down dilworth lane where the junction of lower lane is opposite all the way down to the resevoir opposite mark cleggs dairy is totally un passable. the bushes are so over grown myself and my kids have to walk on the road which is so dangerous as its on a bend,

Illegal dangerous access onto A59, 27th May

Very dangerous junction. Illegal road opening made, new access formed onto A59 Trunk Road, made to non-adoptable standard, no acceleration lane, no deceleration lane, slabs cast out into road with no traffic management, Work done with no supervision, Street light number 363 removed, no visibility splay, no final signage, no legal agreement with Highway Authority, access is into retail outlet (Mrs Dowsons Ice Cream Farm). This 60MPH road has a history of serious accidents, HA is put on notice that should another occur then they will be publicised as knowing this and make liable (possibly to Corporate Manslaughter).(duplicate post as previous showed slightly incorrect location)

Abandoned Ford Mondeo, 13th November

There is an abandoned Ford Mondeo, registration M271 FHW at the location indicated. This car has been there for at least 10 months, is not displaying a current road fund licence and is partially obstructing the pavement.

Dog Owner failing to clear up mess, 31st October

On Saturday 27/10/07, an elderly female was walking her dog on the footpath adjacent to Highmoor Park.She allowed the dog to foul on the grassed area,and failed to clear it up. The dog was a light coloured greyhound and she also had a light brown/tan mongrel with her.Female has been seen previously walking in this area.

There is a lovely grassed/lawned area to the rear of my property. a place where people walk and children play. many people walk dogs there, unfortnatley some owners let there dogs foul and leave it. i feel this is a hazard for children playing. i would like to see notices to remind these dog owners that it is an offence which can carry a penalty.

Black Saab P984MRH No tax and its parked on the road. Its not moved for months, the children of the street have been writting in the dirt and the blind man at the end of the street has to step into the road to walk around the vehicle as it blocks the path.
