There has 6-10 european girls on ilford from 10.30 to 12 on wards on Ilford lane in corners of elstree gardens , hunter road, st thomas gardens, cecil road. Local authority and police aren't tackling and its been happening infront of my road for the past weeks , couldn't sleep, cars with loud music coming near on the kerb and doing illegal activities.

Left on the drive at 79 Wellesley Road, not the property of the Owner of the house. Property is rented by an agency and currently empty Man sleeps in the vehicle at night the last 4 nights (the vehicle does not move ./ appear to work) , the vehicle smells strongly when the doors are open (hash, body odour) the man has been standing around in the areas in the street and drive ways around the house for the last two weeks at irregular intervals for 2 - 3 hours at a time, he only goes in and out of the car .
