Binmen won't collect from behind the wall, 23rd January, OX3 0NF

As above, our binmen seem to frequently miss our bins if they are not put out on the verge. The wall is only 1 foot high and there is a straight path to the front door. In fairness, this only seems to happen every 4 weeks, but it is still annoying

In the last 18 months I have never seen dog poo in the streets around our area. In the last week we have had 3 incidents of dog poo left on the street right out side our gate and other neighbours have reported the same. We have a 2 year old who has trodden on it and it has been walked into our house. As of yet we havent seen who is responsible.

Poor visibility of steps on the footbridge across the railway, 9th November, OX2 0AT

The top steps on the footbridge across the railway do not have a visibility strip along the edge and are really dangerous, particularly as they are separate from the run of the other steps (lower and set back). I know 2 people who have tripped on them and hurt themselves, and it would be very easy to miss the top step in the dark and fall down the entire flight.

Near the Royal Mail depot here there are usually several bikes parked with nothing good to attach them to. What car parking space there is is also overflowing. Perhaps people could be encouraged to pick up their post by bicycle with the addition of some Sheffield stands?

Dog fouling, 12th October, OX2 6TD

The instances of owners allowing their dogs to foul in and around Stone Meadow, Frenchay Road and the surrounding roads is increasing. Any of the grassed areas and the canal path are like a huge dog toilet. My children are constantly tredding in it and it is disgusting. I challenged an owner on the point after seeing her dog foul and she walked off - she stated that it was on the grass and not the pavement and so she was not going to pick it up.
