I have never seen such a bad litter problem on the A444 as this. It usually is bad at this time of year but this is terrible especially near the hosptital (George Eliot) area.

Broken Fence, 22nd March

A section of the fence is broken at the end of Narrowboat Close. This was blown down by strong winds and has been broken for a few weeks. Prompt repair would prevent further damage. This is both a safety hazard and potential security risk to property in the vicinity.

On either side of the entrance to the cul-de-sac, there are always cars or vans parked which tends to make it difficult to enter or exit the road. There has a few times where we have had to pull out a few inches extra to check for oncoming cars, and this has been dangerous as there are cars coming from the opposite side to which we would like to turn.

The entrance to the Quarry is a disgrace! It is cleared and then the next day full of old beds, bits of cars, and all manner of household items! surely the owner of the quarry should be held responsible for the mess? It is costing money each time the council has to clean it all up. Tax payers money.

Panels obstructing view and light, 3rd November

There are 4 asbestos roof panels standing up against the fence on the inside of the allotments. They are a good 8ft tall and obstruct the light and view from my kitchen. There is already a fence to stop people getting into the allotments so i see no need to place 8ft tall sheets of a hazardous material right infront of my house.

Dangerous parking obstructing pathway, 3rd April

A white van continunes to obstruct pathway between Hilton avenue and Skey drive infront of the bus stop , i use this pathway most days and find it difficult to pass , very recently i had to go around the van into the road and had a close call with a bus , the vehicle is very close to a bus stop and in my view it is totally unaccepatable for it to be parked there, it is a dangerous road and its certainly not helping ,i did politely ask the owner if he could be more considerate and found him quite intimidating ,is it legal for a commercial vehicle to block the pathway every evening every morning and some daytimes please please can you help Nuneaton and Bedworth counsil , yours sincerly a local resident.

Illegal parking, 28th March

There are several owners of cars who park illegally along a short stretch of Stainforth Close. They park right next to a corner making cars turning the corner go right into the middle of the road, they park facing away from the direction of the flow of the traffic so that at nighttime they are less visible. They also park right across the pavement so that people have to walk in the road to go around them. Two children were out playing on the pavement today and a lady in her car beeped her horn for them to move out of the way so that she could park on the pavement! There are lots of children who play out in the close as well as parents with young children in pushchairs or prams who are having to walk in the road because of the selfishness of these people. Also as the road is fairly narrow and cars park on both sides of the road there at times there would be access problems for larger vehicles which is worrying if anyone needs a fire engine or ambulance in an emergency.

There is a burgundy car outside my home (Frank Street) and it has been there for over a week. It is parked inconsiderately so my visitors cannot park outside my home. It's tax is out of date as of 10/1/12 so it needs to be removed.
