Giveway road markings on the end of Barthropp Street onto Ifton Street, 25th April

I would like to ask if gieway markings can be repainted on the end of Barthropp Street onto Ifton Street and Ifton Street onto Lloyd Street. I have just had a very near miss in my vehicle when a young man just came out of Barthropp Street rather quickly without looking left to see if anyone is coming up Ifton Street. There are no road markings as far as I can recall but this is a regular thing happening as people assume that theres nothing coming. I believe that some markings/sign posting would make these people aware that they have to giveway. Otherwise there will be a collision.

One the road towards the Tesco/Wilkinson turnoff, there is a nasty pothole which is unavoidable due to the fact the road is under major restructuring, and we have to drive along a narrower than usual carriageway through cones. This is unacceptable under the circumstances!

The kerb here (under the trees) has drainage holes in it, but yet again they appear to be blocked, as soon as it rains any amount the road fills half way across with water. this is also happening with the same kerbing further down by the Wilkinson roundabout on the left.

Street Signs, 10th April

The street name signs have been vandalised on the entrance/exit of Partridge Way. This has led to some people enquiring if the area is Partridge Way. The brackets that held both signs for Partridge Way are bent and distorted and the attached signs (Partridge Way) are gone. The signs have been this way for many months.

Road Surface/Cracks/Dips etc Issues - off B4239 Roundabout Duffryn, 10th April

Dear Sir or Madam, The exit road, from the B4239 roundabout off Duffryn has cracks, dips and uneven surfaces and an extended pothole that is and are continuing to see cracking and further breaking up. The state has and still is causing concern for drivers, their vehicles and also pedestrians. There is also noticeable areas of uneven, cracking and or breaking up road surfaces along and throughout areas of Duffryn Drive and also in areas on entrances/exits on Duffryn. For example, Partridge Way has 2 entrances/exits. The first exit (leading from the B$239, light house road - lst right) has road surfacing issues.

Fly Tipping/Rubbish Issues backs of HOUSES & RECREATION GROUND, 5th April

Rubbish and at times flytipping is a big issue all around this area. This and the rear of the houses are supposed to have walk arounds and rubbish/fly tipping attended to. Its noticed that not all is collected but still left by workmen clearing such and also the areas see continuous issues with those who feel the rears and recreation ground are there for their dumping. Such is a big headache and issue but its not ideal for those using the areas to walk, play, cycle etc.

The drains in the kerbing must be blocked here, the water pools there in a bad way, we have had cars breaking down as it is not lit there. It covers right across the road at this point. It is about time something was finally done please!

Dog poo on drive no leash, 17th March

A lady living at 33 humber road lets her dog roam freely while she walks a younger dog. She watches the very large dog go into gardens, go to toilet on peoples pathways, drives and on the pavement outside Peoples gates. She has been asked to pick up after dog and refuses and also lets her dogs poo in the grass area around the park at end of street without picking up causing a health risk to children.

Car parked on crossing, 24th February

Black BMW, Y735OLF, repeatedly parked on the pavement obscuring the crossing, often left overnight. This is directly outside no. 70, Llanthewy Road. There are metal posts around the pavement area here, where the pavement extends into the road. However one of these has been removed allowing this car to reverse into the space.
