This section of road is constantly being blocked by drivers parking there at around 16:30 till 17:00 each day. They are blocking the smooth flow of other vechiles but more importantly they are forcing vechiles and cyclists into the opposite flow and causing busses to be delayed. Can something please be done, most of the drivers seem to go to the nearby nursery to collect thier children. Can someone not contact the nursery and ask them to consider other road users, or a parking officer attend to move them along.
