<title>Missing weight restriction sign, 3rd February, SE23 2PS</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/229494</link>
<description>Sunderland Road as a 7.5tonne weight restriction sign at the southern end where it meets Perry Vale. But there is no such sign at the northern end where it joins Waldram Park Road and becomes part of the A205 South Circular. Heavy vehicles - including coaches, fully-laden skip lorries and even a car transporter - go over our speedbumps and rattle all the houses!
&lt;br&gt;Nearest road to the pin placed on the map (automatically generated by Bing Maps): 13 Sunderland Road, London

<title>Slow water leak under road, 16th January, SE6 4EF</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/224929</link>
<description>There has been a slow water leak for over a year and a half in the middle of Perry Hill, next to the pedestrian crossing at the corner of Clarens Street in front of the Polecroft Estate. I have reported this to Thames Water but see no evidence of it being checked out. There is always a puddle and at times slow flowing water from the center of the road, and it never dries up. The leak comes from under the road at the level of the raised dividers at the pedestrian crossing.
&lt;br&gt;Nearest road to the pin placed on the map (automatically generated by Bing Maps): 18 Perry Hill, London

<title>Parking &amp; Driving on Pavement, 10th October, SE23 2SL</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/206802</link>
<description>Various cars and home owners on Elsinore Road are parking in their paved front garden despite the fact that they do not have a dropped curb. This is very dangerous as they are illegally driving over the pavement. This is made even worse as there is a school at the bottom of the road so more people and children use this residential road. Parking illegally and driving over a pavement without a dropped curb should not be allowed to continue. If home owners wish to use their paved front garden as a drive then they should apply for a dropped curb. Otherwise they are gaining this advantage without permission whilst causing danger.

<title>Sound of water gushing, 22nd August, trilby road se23</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/199241</link>
<description>There is a drain where the flag on the map is - and for weeks now, we can hear the sound of gushing water running into it... Although the water cannot be seen, it's heard IN the drain. Possibly a burst pipe/main? During thunderstorms we are prone to mini flash floods (as we're at the bottom of a hill) the large amount of water heard could exacerbate this issue.

<title>Park paths badly damaged , need surfacing , 1st June</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/187325</link>
<description>I don't know why the paths in mayow park haven't been surfaced in years. they are a trip hazard with uneven surface, loose bits of bitumen, and present a serious obstacle to people with pushchairs, wheelchairs , and people of reduced mobility. fixing the paths properly , not only patching bits here and there should be a priority to ensure access to everyone.

<title>77 Sunderland Road, 16th May, SE23 2QA</title>

<description>A large heap of strewn unsightly rubbish has been left dumped to the front area of 77 Sunderland Road.
It has remained there for at least two to three months and I now believe it represents a health hazard.
Can action be taken to either make the persons responsible dispose of their mess responsibly or alternatively, make arrangements for its disposal.

<title>Missing weight restriction signs?, 18th February, SE23 2PS</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/166397</link>
<description>I have heard that Sunderland Road - between Waldram Park Road (the South Circular) and Perry Vale - has a weight restriction. However, there are no such signs at either end of the road. Heavy lorries - especially laden skip lorries (and Sivyer Co lorries!!) - cause a lot of potentially damaging vibration to houses as they bounce over the speed bumps.
